Jellyfish Swimwear is designed by our highly experienced Brazilian designer who has designed both the Jellyfish mens and womens swimwear ranges with both Brazilian and European influences. All Swimwear designs are cutting edge and based on current trends.

 

Brazil is now world renowned not only for the superb quality of it’s textiles but also for the attention to detail and the high standard of it’s manufactured goods. It has long been a forerunner in the innovative and fashionable manufacturing of swimwear and beachwear driven by a strong and prevalent beach culture. In recent years Brazilian designers have propelled Sao Paulo into becoming one of the leading fashion capitals of the world.

 

We have developed a unique cutting technique that results in each swimsuit not only flattering and accentuating the female and male forms but also ensures each part of the suit sits exactly where it is meant to on the body and stays in position during swimming or other activity. Our aim is to give the wearer optimum comfort and freedom and a feeling of wearing ‘nothing at all’.

 

Many of our accessories are also handcrafted and only the very best lycra, lining accessories and trims are used. All swimsuits are individually cut and handcrafted and the superb quality of our swimwear is never compromised.

 

Both our mens and womens swimsuits are fully lined to support the figure and to retain the shape and durability of the suit. Fully lining swimwear also prevents the ‘transparency factor’ often experienced with paler colours when the suit is wet. However, upon the request of our swimwear can be made partially lined or without lining if that is preferred.

 

Jellyfish Swimwear provides an extremely expansive lycra colour range based on current seasonal trends. New and exciting lycra colours and prints are regularly and seasonally added to our catalogue so there is always something fresh and new for selection by our clients. Customers can choose, from our current colour chart, any colour or print or combination to be used in the making of their suit. If a colour that they would like is not shown they can always request a preferred colour which we will make every attempt to source.

 

Our Mix and Match system enables the customer to select alternative tops and/or bottoms to create their own style of swimwear. The swimwear displayed in our catalogue is only a very small example of the myriad of suit combinations available by mixing and matching our tops and bottoms. The different designs available to the client by Mixing and Matching are only limited by the imagination.

 

Jellyfish swimwear has not left the men out when it comes to mixing and matching. The guys have the ability to instruct Jellyfish to make their suit without the accessory shown on any design or to swap it with another accessory. Inset panels in suits can be made in the same colour as the suit or in a combination of contrast colours and of course, all suits can be ordered ‘plain’ without any accessories at all. Depending on the swimsuit style a request can be made to make ‘legs’ longer or shorter.

 

In the ladies section we have provided a design ‘sketch’ section to simplify the self design process. Clients can easily mix and match different styles of bottoms, G Strings, tangas, bikinis and boy shorts with different styles of tops such as triangle, halter necked, detachable straps, bandeau, underwired, structured, unstructured, support, various styles of fixed, moulded or removable cups, keyhole and tankini. Accessories have not been applied to the ‘top and bottom sketches’ section so the client can envisage more easily how the top or bottom would present without accessories or with different accessories.

 

Special care has been taken at design level to include swimwear styles for all body shapes and sizes so that our clients have flexibility in combining tops and bottoms which will flatter their body shape. Clients with an upper torso which is smaller or larger than their bottom torso have the ability to choose a size smaller or larger from either  section ensuring a perfect fit for both top and bottom.

 

Every top design has at least two ‘bottoms’ which will tie in with any particular top. Even though many styles in both the mens and womens swimwear ranges are shown with a trim or accessory our clients can request any combination of top or bottom to made without any accessory or trim and have their suit perfectly plain to feature the style of the top and bottom and a beautiful lycra colour. 

 

The Jellyfish Swimwear Range is designed to fit International sizing standards. A chart in the ‘Fitting Room’ section shows the sizes relevant to various countries around the world and this will enable customers to select their correct and familiar country size. Alternatively, they can simply use the measurements in the Size Chart section as a guide to their correct size. By stating their correct measurements on the order form fit is guaranteed and if the suit does not fit correctly then the swimsuit may be returned to Jellyfish with a description of the corrections needed and it will be re-made and re-sent free of charge.
