Jellyfish makes your swimsuit according to the measurements that you enter into relevent fields on the ordering page. To ensure this guarantee it is important that you carefully enter your correct measurements.
In the unlikely circumstances that your suit does not fit or if we make an error in the construction of your swimsuit we will happily remake your suit for you. We will also cover any expenses in rectifying or remaking the garment and pay all freight costs for us to re-send the corrected suit to you.
We encourage you to refer to the Fitting Room for instructions on How to Measure before entering your measurements and sizes on the ordering page. Also, check that all garment styles and colours are correctly entered on the order form before sending. If the wrong information is supplied we cannot be responsible.
